For the Red Bull Flugtag 2025 campaign, my goal was to increase awareness and drive engagement for the event while creating an immersive experience that allows anyone, anywhere, to connect with Flugtag live. The challenge was to select a new location that not only met the requirement of being on water but also resonated with Red Bull’s bold, adventurous spirit.
As the designer, I was responsible for conceptualizing and creating the visual and experiential elements of the campaign. My approach was centered around the idea of flight, drawing inspiration from birds, which led me to the energetic and festive atmosphere of Rio de Janeiro. I designed two magazine ads, a GIF to capture the essence of the event’s excitement, and an app/experience concept to enable global engagement with the event. Through this project, I explored how creative design and digital tools can amplify real-world events, enabling a broader audience to feel connected to the Red Bull Flugtag experience.
